Appointment Changes

To ensure every client receives the best care and timing, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and covers preparation and time reserved for you.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations do not return the $50 deposit.
  • We request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of the deposit and future appointments will require a new deposit.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours may be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will still be forfeited.
  • The deposit may be applied to a new appointment only at the artist’s discretion if requested in advance.
